About me
Hi! My name is Mira. I studied Biology at Wake Forest University with a minor in Chemistry and Spanish, and I’m currently on the pre-med track. I’ve spent the past eight years tutoring students in subjects like math, Spanish, reading, and more, and I absolutely love helping kids feel confident and excited about learning.
My tutoring approach is all about meeting each student where they are. I take the time to get to know their personality, learning style, and goals, and I tailor each session to fit what works best for them—whether that’s breaking concepts down step by step, using creative examples, or keeping things interactive and fun.
Outside of tutoring, I enjoy singing, playing instruments, traveling, and reading. I bring that same creativity and curiosity into my sessions, making learning engaging, supportive, and enjoyable!
